  • Pets allowed only in designated “Pet Friendly” properties
  • Size limit may vary per property
  • 2 Pets maximum per unit
  • Pet deposit $250 each
  •  Monthly pet fee of $25 per pet weighting less than 25lb. Larger pets will incur a $50 monthly fee
  • Proof of renter’s insurance limit listing SDPM as additionally insured,  liability coverage of $100,000
  • Proof of current shot record.
  • Photo of your pet(s)
